Okay so here's the jist of it.
The class outing will take place on 11 December, Friday. At Escape Theme Park.
First of all, we meet up at Ang Mo Kio Station at 2.15pm, in the underground tunnel beside Cheers. If you have any trouble finding the place please call and ask me. We will wait for everybody to turn up, but at most we will wait till 2.30 or later. Please be punctual.
We will then proceed to the MRT Station take the train all the way to City Hall. The trip will take about 20 to 30 mins. We will then alight and switch over to the East West Line and take the train to Pasir Ris Station. In total the trip will take about 1 hour.
While in the train waiting, I will brief you all about what will happen across the day, and things to take note of during the whole trip.
The timings for Shuttle Bus from Pasir Ris MRT Station to ETP are 3.15 and 4.15.
If we are punctual and can reach there by 3.15, we will take the shuttle bus there.
If we cannot, we will take Bus Service Number 5 from Pasir Ris Bus Interchange to the stop outside Downtown East/Escape Theme Park or we will walk there.
The cost for entering Escape Theme Park is $17.70. For NTUC Members is $14.70
Here are some things you need to know.
First of all, we know that the Entry Fee is very expensive. So, we will take out some money from the class fund and give everybody in the class $5 back. So you can pay lesser. So basically you guys only need to bring at least $12.70 to gain entry to Escape Theme Park. Preferrably a little more than that to buy things inside if you want to.
As for lunch, you can choose to eat before we meet up, or eat together when we go into the Theme Park.
We will go home at around 5.30 or so.
After we play to our hearts content, ( lol ) we will will go back the same route together.
And if any of you wants, we can catch a movie afterwards.
What Movie? We'll see. Lol. I'll print out a list of what movies we can watch and on what time.
Take note that, we will be wearing our class tee, for easy identification if worst case scenario we are looking for somebody whom we can't find.
Things you have to bring~!~
1) Some money ; At least enough to gain entry to ETP.
2) A water bottle. Its gonna be real hot.
3) A handphone. Make sure we can contact you if anything goes wrong.
4) A good mood! =D
5) Extra Clothes (optional) I don't really know for what. LOL.
6) A sling bag to store stuff. (optional)
7) Your EZ-link card. For public transport, make sure you top up.
